* We ship items under 13 oz by usps first class mail.
* We ship items over 13 oz usually by FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority mail or USPS Parcel post with tracking number.
* Books & other Media items will be shipped by Media mail.
* Items priced equal or above $250 (including shipping) will need signature of buyer during delivery.
* If you would like to add a signature to the order with value below $250, please contact us PRIOR to the purchase to arrange that for an additional fee.
* We ship only to confirmed Address and only within USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U. S. Virgin Islands included).
* We don't ship to Guam, apo, fpo or dpo address.
* ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO ADDRESS PROVIDED BY PAYPAL OR ECRATER CHECKOUT.
* We reserve the right to cancel any order.In that case the buyer will receive full refund.
* Combined shipping is not available.

RETURN POLICY : -
* All Unused, Unopened or Defective items are returnable if we are notified within 7 days after receiving the item.
* All returned products will be inspected (including item serial number) before any refund is issued & all accessories should be included.
* Shipping fees are not refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances.
* We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee for non-conforming returns.
